Thanks Bil, I have taken the lowest price vendor path and been burned everytime. Now when I go to look for a new vendor I almost always ask around for recommendations and try to start a partnership relationship with those people I do business with. There has to be trust on both sides for it to work. This has been very successful for me though since I started operating that way.

It's great to hear this from the other side of the sales table. I get so tired of losing based solely on price only to have the customer call me afterwards, say they're unhappy and ask how I can fix it. I do my best, but sometimes it's not possible.
