This is something we are seeing beyond just the Automotive Industry, as the nation comes out of the most recent recession, companies in all industries are increasing their use of contingent labor. Currently in the U.S. the total workforce is slightly under 10% contingent, while the United Kingdom in many accounts are between 15-25% Contingent. The UK is usually ahead of the U.S. in labor trends, so we do see the U.S. contingent labor force growing significantly over the next decade.
